Animal Advocacy Studio ("we," "us," or "the Studio") provides a campaign workspace for animal welfare and climate organizations. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
When you submit the request-access form or the contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, organization name, organization focus, and any message or campaign details you choose to share. We do not collect this information through any other means, and we do not use cookies or trackers to profile visitors to this site.
We use the information you submit to evaluate access requests, respond to questions and partnership or press enquiries, and to set up and support accounts for approved organizations. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
We retain submitted information for as long as needed to respond to your request or maintain your organization's account, and delete it when it's no longer needed for either purpose.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
